You can book a car through our website in the Catalog section: choose a car that you like and fill out the form with your contact information. Our manager will contact you within 10 minutes.

To rent you need the following documents:

• the driver's passport (it is necessary to draw up a rent contract, as well as it will be needed during your trip — policemen may ask it to check the period of stay in the country);
• driver license (original). The internal driving license of your country or international ones will do. Your internal driving license may be used in the Dominican Republicfor a month;
• debit or credit card for a deposit. The card must be issued for the driver's name. Otherwise, the cardholder's details are entered into the rental contract.

We will take you free of charge from the hotel to our office and back.
A free transfer from the airport to the office is possible upon concluding a rental contract for a period of more than 7 days.
Car delivery to the hotel is available, cost $20

The rental contract is usually made for one person. But it is possible to add additional drivers to it if someone else drives the car. The cost of this service is $9 per day for 1 additional driver.

When renting a car, you pick up your car using your debit or credit card, the rental agent will place a hold on funds in the bank account tied to the debit or credit card for a deposit. After the end of the rental period and the delivery of the car, the deposit is returned to your card in full.
We do this to make sure don't lose money if there are any problems during your rental. For example, if you return the car late, damaged or very dirty, we will hold on to some or all of your deposit. As well as makes it possible to receive payment in case of renewal of the rental contract.

Cost: $200 + credit/debit card or $200 cash + passport.

After concluding a rental contract and posting a deposit, the proceeding of inspection of the car. Things to check:

• car documents and insurance policy;
• the tank must be full (the car is returned with a full tank as well);
• serviceability of the windshield wipers, air conditioner, seat belts;
• light, headlights;
• airbags;
• serviceability of wheels, availability of a spare tyre, car jack;
• external and internal damage must be recorded by the manager;
• cleanliness in the car.

• Standard insurance, $0
  The rental price includes standard insurance — it covers the damage to third parties. That is you are only responsible for the rented car.

• Full insurance, $24
  It is possible to purchase full (extended) insurance — it does not include only damage to tires and glass.

• Theft insurance, $8
  You can buy additional theft insurance.

• Glass and tire insurance, $8

An accident can be recognized as a non-insured case. For example, if the driver was drunk or handed over control to someone, the accident report was not drawn up, then he pays the entire amount of damage and the waiting time for repair.

The car is returned at the time specified in the rental contract. The tank must be full. Notify in advance about your decision to extend the lease or return the car before the specified time by calling
